Shipping policy

We're doing our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! We are a small team, though, and process orders ourselves. Usually we process the order in one business day or two, but depending on our current workload it might be a bit longer.

    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our office to the destination. International delivery (outside of Germany) can take about two weeks or, in rare occasions, a bit longer. Orders to Germany usually take 1-2 days.
